Preparation of a company's general acts


The Employment Relationship Act stipulates two types of the employer’s general acts:


1. General acts by which the employer defines

    • work organisation
    • obligations the employees must be familiar with in order to meet the contractual and other obligations
2. General act by which the employer defines rights which can be regulated by collective agreements pursuant to the law


The procedure of drafting general acts is organised in the following content units:


1. Determining positions for production of:

    • The regulation on job organisation and systemisation
    • The regulation on obligations and responsibilities in relation to work obligations
2. The regulation on obligations and responsibilities in relation to work obligations

3. The regulation on job organisation and systemisation

4. The regulation on the rights arising from employment relationship
