Preparation of a company's general acts
The Employment Relationship Act stipulates two types of the employer’s general acts:
1. General acts by which the employer defines
- work organisation
- obligations the employees must be familiar with in order to meet the contractual and other obligations
The procedure of drafting general acts is organised in the following content units:
1. Determining positions for production of:
- The regulation on job organisation and systemisation
- The regulation on obligations and responsibilities in relation to work obligations
3. The regulation on job organisation and systemisation
4. The regulation on the rights arising from employment relationship
