Programme: Leonardo da Vinci, transfer of innovation

Duration: 2 years (Oct 2007 - Oct 2009)

Purpose:

- design of a programme for hard-to-employ job seekers by combining of e- and classical form

- transfer of ICTEM programme (that proved to be efficient for young without vocational education) from Slovenia to other European countries

Aims:

- transfer and adapt the holistic approach of ICTEM to other groups of unemployed (above all older)

- increase self-awareness and motivation of the unemployed

- improvement of employability skills of job seekers

- contribute to easier and more efficient work of employment counsellors
