Job interview preparations
Jobs are not given to those with the most knowledge, skills and experience -
they are given to the people who know how to present their qualities in the most appropriate way.
We must know how to emphasise and present our skills and advantages in the right moment!
At this workshop you will learn:
- how to prepare for a job interview
- what employers expect from you
- how and according to which criteria human resources are selected
- about the importance of first impression and non-verbal communication
- which are the questions most frequently asked by the employers.
Practical exercises will help you:
- improve the way you present yourself
- increase your employment potential.
- You will be able to use the knowledge and skills acquired here also in other situations in both personal and occupational life.
Duration:
6 courses of 45 minutes each
The work is organised in small groups:
10 to 12 participants
